Washington Twp. trustees approve cleanup dates The Alliance Review Park — Park is open for the summer. Doing maintenance items around park. Zoning — Seven permits issued and working on several. Fire — Forty-three runs in March. Four runs in April as of the meeting, with 111 runs for the year. Runs included 25 medical, two motor-vehicle accidents, six grass fires, two mutual aid, one investigation, one bird rescue, one fire, two false alarm and three wires down. The annual fireman`s breakfast will be a drive thru from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday. Road — Did hand-patching on Carol and Bayton; sign work on Electron, Cenfield, Bayton, Colony and new weight limit sign on Herbster; put stone on an alley in Freeburg and in front of recycle bins; installed driveway pipe on Cenfield; cleaned up down limbs throughout the township and ditching on Cenfield and South Mahoning. Trustees approved a motion to advertise for material and paving for the summer road program, bids are due by noon May 3. Trustees approved a motion to pay DJL Material & Supply for $1,260.50 for crack sealer.
