Wausau Policing Task Force asking for public comment By Liz Holbrook Feb 3, 2021 3:52 PM WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Local residents are being asked for their thoughts regarding experiences with law enforcement in the area. The Wausau Policing Task Force is beginning a public listening process to get feedback from city residents about their experiences with law enforcement. Starting February 1st and lasting until February 25th, the task force is looking for feedback that can be submitted in one of 6 ways. Those six ways include: Attending an in-person listening event on February 18th in the John Muir Middle School auditorium following masking and social distancing protocols, attending a virtual listening session, submitting an anonymous feedback form, leaving a voice message at 715-261-1444, send an email or a written letter to Policing Feedback c/o WIPPS, 625 Stewart Ave. Wausau, WI 54401, or uploading a video or audio message online.
