Were told wrights family was concerned about her wellbeing and asked the property manager to check in on her here. That property manager was the one who found her dead. A painful thought even for this neighbor too frightened to show her face. She was trying to make something out of her life. Somebody took it from her. Its not right. We know that she was just one of the sweetest persons around. Reporter the man on the phone worked maintenance on the building until recently. Both brothers describe her as profession alal and well liked. Her apartment was not ransacked. Its all too unsettling. Its hurting me just to know its right next door. More information about the gunman who opened fire on two military sites in chattanooga leaving four marines dead. The attack is being investigated as domestic terrorism. The gunman is identified by authorities as Mohammod Youssuf abdulazeez. He was also killed but its unclear how. And the motive for the attacks still unknown tonight. Around 10 35 this morning a gunman shot more than 25 rounds into an Armed Forces Recruitment center then drove seven miles and opened fire. The fbi is in charge of the case. The shooter had numerous weapons. Theres nothing to connect the suspect to any terror organizations. But experts say isis has been encouraging extreechlmeists to carry out attacks. The white house has been in touch with the pentagon to make sure military installations are being vigilant. Randy, this attack stirs up difficult memories for people at that base. Reporter a very similar plot to kill soldiers was foiled at this military compound eight years ago. This is a town with a deep military history, as you can see. So when news of todays attack in tennessee broke, it struck a nerve. Just outside joint base mcguire, news of the deadly shooting trickled in while Service Members got their crew cuts. Tragic. The first bullet shattered glass outside a recruiting center then more gunfire at a navy reserve building. Today is a nightmare for the city of chattanooga. Reporter the suspect, born in kuwait but raised in tennessee was also killed. And now military installations across the country are paying close attention. Obvious targets for homegrown terror. Back in 2007 a similar plot was disrupted by the fbi, the ft. Dix six were accused of trying to kill military members at the military base. The similarities were not lost here.
