The corporal is in Critical Condition and fighting for his life inside this hospital this evening. The shooting happened in plainfield township near 191 this morning. The driver was originally pulled over for speeding, but police realized he was under the influence and when they tried to arrest them, they said he violently resisted. The troopers were in a fight on the side of the road with vehicles speeding by them and it got very violent. The suspect started shooting at officers and they fired back. Then he managed to drive away and get himself to easton hospital. The car is riddled with bullet holes. Were bringing you live coverage tonight.
