Reporter it went from a traffic stop to a wrestling match and then the trooper was shot. Fortunately he carried a turn kwet on him like the one i have here around my leg. Police tell us after he was shot multiple times he was still able to adjust the turn kwet around one of his wounds. We are watching the video from the troopers camera. We see everything going on. clary. Clary fell but not free and ran to get a gun from his car. He comes over the top of the roof of his vehicle, firing on both of our troopers. Corporal kelly was along the passenger side of the vehicle. Trooper siepal was behind the vehicle. There is one trooper shot. Reporter

They say he was high on marijuana and failed field sobriety tests before wrestling with troopers and then grabbing a gun from his car that he had no license to carry. Neighbors say they cant believe this is unfolding so close to home. Its a little unsettling to know

I am not going to be putting it away anytime soon because that 70 degrees for monday is a thing of the past. And we are in a fairly long stretch of below normal temperatures. And in some cases way below normal temperatures. Lets show you what its like right now. We have clear skies in much of the region. Its only 50 degrees. Thats close to 10 degrees below normal in philadelphia. 49 in the suburbs. And of course, in the suburbs, it is going to be dropping even faster. We have temperatures in the upper 40s at the jersey shore right now. And near 50 degrees with a northeast wind. You can see some light rain down toward the southern tip of delaware. Thats all going straight to the east. And the satellite is showing a little line across michigan. That is a cold front that will be approaching here. As we go through the night tonight, well have some clouds around and maybe even some rain around the some shore points. Look at the temperature dropping where the skies are clear north and west of philadelphia, into the 30s. 34 in allentown by 11 00. Then tomorrow morning, again its in the 30s across most of the area. But a fair amount of clouds. And then look at the showers developing later in the afternoon. North and west. Thats a chilly rain in reading at 44. Then some showers in the evening through the philadelphia area and south jersey. And then, whoa it does get cold. Friday, even at noontime, its 29 degrees in allentown. That is cold. Tomorrow, we have a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures in the 50s across much of the area. You can see one of the warm spots is rehoboth beach. Then the cold air comes in. These are high temperatures. 43 in philadelphia friday. 42 saturday at night well be in the 20s throughout the area. That is just incredibly cold for this time of the year. The average high, 59. Sunday we warm up a little bit. 52. But thats still well below normal. And even next week were talking about temperatures way below normal with some rain added to the picture. So if you want the 70s to be coming back, it aint happening for a while. Now, with us out here at the gloucester premium outlets, we have meteorologist steve sosna. We have temperatures in the upper 40s at the jersey shore right now. And near 50 degrees with a northeast wind. You can see some light rain down toward the southern tip of delaware. Thats all going straight to the east. And the satellite is showing a little line across michigan. That is a cold front that will be approaching here. As we go through the night tonight, well have some clouds around and maybe even some rain around the some shore points. Look at the temperature dropping where the skies are clear north and west of philadelphia, into the 30s. 34 in allentown by 11 00. Then tomorrow morning, again its in the 30s across most of the area. But a fair amount of clouds. And then look at the showers developing later in the afternoon. North and west. Thats a chilly rain in reading at 44. Then some showers in the evening through the philadelphia area and south jersey. And then, whoa it does get cold. Friday, even at noontime, its 29 degrees in allentown. That is cold. Tomorrow, we have a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures in the 50s across much of the area. You can see one of the warm spots is rehoboth beach. Then the cold air comes in. These are high temperatures. 43 in philadelphia friday. 42 saturday at night well be in the 20s throughout the area. That is just incredibly cold for this time of the year. The average high, 59. Sunday we warm up a little bit. 52. But thats still well below normal. And even next week were talking about temperatures way below normal with some rain added to the picture.
