Say a prayer for them and their families. The nbc 10 investigators first revealed inspection records for the Senior Living facility showing previous fire safety violations. They include failure to maintain smoke doors and failure toco prevent residents beds from m koling in contact with electrical outlets. These violations were fixed in. February, but besides this facility, the Kendall Corporation operate 12 others including two more in pennsylvania. State inspections revealed previous safety violations all over the past five years at both, but the most recent inspections show problems with things like sprinkler protection fixed. A Kendall Corporation senior staff member said no one was available to speak with us or answer questions about fire safety. The company was fully focused on helping displaced residents. Investigators will be in westchester through the holiday working to answer questions about what happened to the four seniors they still havent found. They understand the magnitude of what on here and they need to get answers for these remaining families. Reporter this investigation is going to take some time. We are learning more about how often this type of fire happens. According to the National FireProtection Association between 2011 and 2015, there were more than 2700 Senior Care Center fires nationwide. That Organization Says they are on the rise. The ntsb released its preliminary report into the plane crash that killed roy halladay. It showed that the plane was rising and falling in the moments before the crash.
