She also wrote that the defendant claims to be involved in his sons life but he doesnt reside in philadelphia county. The artist was arrested after a video showed him doing wheelies that surfaced on social media. He was using a dirt bike to sell drugs in 2008 and the latest arrest comes with an issue with a dirt bike. Lawyers for meek mills fired back asking the judge to step aside saying that the fbi is investigating her for her behavior in the case. The fbi is not confirming or denying any investigation but defense lawyers say if the judge didnt know about the federal investigation back in november, they are certain she knows about it now. Lawyers did not go into specific details about what they know about this fbi investigation or how they came to know about it but they do s if the judge has knowledge of it, that alone should be enough to have her step aside.
