Philadelphia Police Believe they may have been shooting at each other. 18 bullets were found on the ground. At least thats what detectives spotted on the ground there at the 5700 block of comack street. Neighbors called in the gunfire after 12 30 this morning. Police found a 29yearold man laying in front of his house, shot in the arm, leg, and abdomen. He is in surgery. The second guy showed up at temple. He was shot in the back. Police say he fits the description of the shooter who ran away. So two different caliber bullets were found at the scene. That would mean two different guns. Police believe that these two guys were firing at each other. Both are being held as suspects. Whats more one of the bullets crashed through the window of a womans house a block away. Good news is she did not get hurt. Police have been talking with witnesses and gathering Surveillance Video from that area. As for a Motive Police are still working on that. The detectives were saying that the area is known for drug deals and drug activities. So the working theory is that this could be drug related. Theyre still working on those details. Nbc10 news. When police got there, they found the victim between two parked cars on east madison street laying in a pool of blood and bullet casings. Officers raced the 32yearold to the hospital where doctors pronounced him dead. Right now theres no clear description of the gunman. Philadelphia police are looking for a driver and car that hit a 14yearold girl in cobbs creek and kept going. The teen was in the crosswalk at 63rd and market at 6 00 last night when a black, fourdoor lexus heading north, hit her. Shes in stable condition at childrens hospital. Police in wilmington are looking for the gunman who fired the shot that hit and killed a young father checking out a noise at a back door. The bullet hit 29yearold Sean Lockhart in the chest at his home on jackson street. Neighbors say he was a bus driver and family man with three young daughters.
