Reporter the crime happened here on 10th street and as you can imagine people in the neighborhood are very nervous because police say the suspect broke into the victims apartment from the fire escape. Surveillance cameras in her building caught him seconds later. Take a look. Police want everyone in the west village on alert for this suspect. They say he walked behind this building at tenth and hudson at 5 a. M. Thursday and went up the fire escape, and went into a womans apartment through an open window. Frightening since he is accused of groping that 43 yearold sleeping in her bedroom. She woke up to this and a stranger took off. She was telling me, you know, that she was asleep and then she opened her eyes and it was like a dream to her and she saw the man in front of her. Reporter the building superintendent tells us he tried calming her down after getting violated. How concerning is this that its happening in your building . This is the first time in 25 years. Reporter another concern, this happened right across the street from the 6th precinct and Police Rushed over as soon as they got a call for help. Seem very frazzled. Lewis is charged with violating boating regulations and fined 150. Spokesman Joseph Zwilling talked with us on sunday. We are sorry for whatever pain people are feeling. But in the long run, i think people will come to see that they have joined a stronger more vibrant parish by bringing together two small communities of faiths. Well explain. Now to a case of rush hour road rage on the long island expressway. When tempers flared other drivers watched in shock and it was all caught on camera. Reporter drivers behaving badly and its all caught on camera as the man in this red car cuts off the man in this white suv. A game of back and forth. This is one of the craziest things i have ever seen. Reporter next it appears as the driver in the red car intentionally comes to a complete stop on the busy long island expressway eastbound past the springfield boulevard exit in queens. The white suv rams into the red car pushing it out of the way before taking off. I took my phone out because im like whats going to happen . I got nervous. Reporter anthony was on the way home to long island from work in manhattan wednesday when he took the video. Its already danger enough and you have people out there its scary reporter the nypd tells us no complaint was filed in this incident. But drivers are seeing road rage incidents more frequently. It seems like people are more stressed than ever. Reporter aaa says with more drivers on the roads, longer commutes, construction, traffic, distracted driving, even being cut off or having a bad day, all of that can add up to a case of road rage. We live in a very crowded congested city and driving in those kind of conditions can lead to incidents happening a lot. Reporter Robert Sinclair with aaa recommends listening to music, planning in advance, avoid overusing the horn, and staying calm. And police tell us if you are caught driving aggressively and engaging in road rage you are subject to a ticket. Investigators say its starting to look more likely that the plane debris discovered off the coast of madagascar is that of the missing Malaysia Airlines flight 370. That 6footlong section of an airplane wing is being examined in france. The part was discovered wednesday on the French Island of reunion.
