So y'all be safe. We do have reports of flooding. All right, here is a look at what's happening. We've got that week cold front in the area, It's acting as a focus for rain. You can see the north wind colliding with the south wind causes the air to rise and oh, by the way, there is a lot of moisture in the air and with all of that moisture, of course we get ranked all right, so what's going to happen as we go into the evening, you can see the rain moves to the east. We get a little bit of the north wind in here. 10 o'clock. We're not done with the rain. We still have some rain over portions of the north shore in South Mississippi and then look along the coast. Then we go into the early morning hours, the ring, mainly along the coast. Here we are, seven o'clock low seventies to the low eighties rain and storms over here by gulf board down at the mouth of the river. And this is really looking like the cold front right about and there, then we go until one o'clock we've got a north wind for a lot of us temperatures upper eighties for the most part. And as you go into the afternoon, upper eighties to the low nineties getting a brief little lower humidity showing up and it's still going to be a hot tape, but not as bad. Then you go into thursday morning and the potential to even have some upper sixties on the north shore, south shore, mid seventies to near 81 of the problems when you get a north wind over the lake, when lake water temperatures are in the upper eighties, you don't cool off much overnight. Then as we go into the first of the week, really late, sunday, monday Tuesday into Wednesday and upper high is building. That that causes the air to be compressed and you tend to have less rain and you tend to have more heat so that's our future if you like it cooler, enjoy the moment. Even though we do have rain and storms around high temperatures today, upper eighties, you look about the area now, upper seventies to the low, to the mid eighties, depending on When you last had rang feeling like 94 over in slidell, that little bit of a north wind really showing up in southwest Mississippi 78 at the airport. Now we've got rain a light north northwest wind Hammond is 81 feeling like 85. Homa is 79. A calm wind feeling like 83. So in Covington, morning lows dipping into the low seventies in new Orleans stain and the upper seventies. And look that chance of rain still decent in the morning. Bell chase lows mid seventies with that potential for rain in the morning Grand Isle, you've got rain and storms along the coast dropping down to about 80°. The window becomes northwest at 10 to 15 and the title range is improving. Just keep an eye to the sky. So we're looking out here in the tropics, you can still see that Saharan dust which tends to prevent tropical development. The atlantic basin has warm waters and we're actually watching two areas. One is still over africa, This one with a 10% chance and eventually a 20% chance here. But as we go through time, I am expecting tropical development to begin to develop here in the Atlantic basin and some of the forecast models are indeed showing that potential So far. We've gotten through Elsa last had that July 14 and tomorrow. I want you to know that Noah is going to update their hurricane season forecasts. So I'll be bringing that to you. High temperatures tomorrow, low 90s hotter for Thursday Friday, a higher chance of rain. Same thing with Saturday, Sunday, Monday Tuesday, lower rain chances and hotter.
