THE MET Office has put in place a weather warning for parts of Northern Ireland including County Fermanagh. The yellow weather warning is for snow and ice and in in place between 6pm tonight (Tuesday) and 10am tomorrow. Snow and ice may bring some disruption from Tuesday evening and through Wednesday. This warning has been classed as a medium likelihood and low-impact warning. The Met Office’s warning of what to expect includes: “Some roads likely to be affected with longer journey times, some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces, probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.”
