19:33 EDT, 16 February 2021 59 shares The final resting places of two brothers killed in a horror crash will likely be decided by a court, with the tragedy furthering an already ugly divide between their parents. It has been almost two weeks since Sheldon, 6, and Shane Shorey, 7, were allegedly killed by unlicensed driver Jacob Steven Donn, 25, at Wellington, in NSW, on January 5. But the funerals for the two brothers have been delayed because their father Joseph Shorey and mum Shayleen Frail are unable to agree on where, or even if, they should be buried. Ms Frail - who was with her sons when they died - wants them to be buried close to her in Wellington.
