A derelict house in Northland has this million dollar view – and could well sell for more than a million dollars.

8am: Akatawara Rd open to essential traffic only
A trailer that was stuck near the summit of Akatarawa Rd remained on the verge of the road as of Thursday morning. The route is open only to essential traffic. Motorists are advised to take care in the area.
7.35am: Johnsonville breakdown cleared
A broken down car that was blocking traffic on the southbound lane of State Highway 1 just ahead of the Johnsonville off-ramp has been moved to the shoulder and is no longer blocking traffic. Motorists on the route should expect significant delays as traffic remained queued back to the Mungavin interchange.
