West Chester restaurant defying Wolf's order on indoor dinin

WEST CHESTER — At least two borough restaurants have defied the governor’s order forbidding indoor dining.
West Chester Borough Police contacted Market Street Grill and Penn’s Table on Dec. 12 after receiving a complaint notifying the department that patrons were eating inside. Police wanted to ensure that the eateries were aware of the governor’s order.
Police then forwarded names of the restaurants over to the enforcement group of the state Department of Agriculture. One hundred fifty businesses were non-compliant and received warnings from the Department of Agriculture.
