WEST CHESTER â At least two borough restaurants have defied the governorâs order forbidding indoor dining. West Chester Borough Police contacted Market Street Grill and Pennâs Table on Dec. 12 after receiving a complaint notifying the department that patrons were eating inside. Police wanted to ensure that the eateries were aware of the governorâs order. Police then forwarded names of the restaurants over to the enforcement group of the state Department of Agriculture. One hundred fifty businesses were non-compliant and received warnings from the Department of Agriculture. - Advertisement - Lt. Joshua Lee of West Chester Police can see both sides of the order.
