SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Officials for Western Iowa Tech Community college have announced that their graduation ceremony this spring will be held live and in-person. According to the college, the event will be held on May 13 at the Tyson Events Center with the first ceremony beginning at 2 p.m. The graduation will consist of three smaller ceremonies. The Health Sciences programs will be at 2 p.m., the Career and Technical programs will be at 4 p.m. and the Arts and Sciences, HSED and Gateway to College programs will be at 6 p.m. “We are very excited to be able to celebrate the accomplishments of our students together with our college community,” said WITCC President Terry Murrell. “Our students have worked incredibly hard and maintained their commitment to their education during the health pandemic. We are looking forward to giving them the traditional ceremony they deserve.”
