Wethersfield School Board votes to bring students back to full-time, face-to-face classes By Dave Clarke The Star Courier One year to the date after the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic, and at almost the same hour President Biden was addressing the nation after signing the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan into law, the Wethersfied School Board voted unanimously to accept a plan what will send students back to school fulltime on Monday, March 29.
