The vaccinations have brought a renewed energy to the department, said Public Health Officer Kelli Engen. “We have been very excited about the opportunity to do what we know how to do best,” Engen said. ”We know how to mass vaccinate people.” As of Feb. 11, the county gave more than 12,000 vaccines.
