WHO honours Harsh Vardhan on World No Tobacco Day for bannin

The 2019 legislation to ban e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products won Union health minister Harsh Vardhan the prestigious WHO Director-General Special award on the occasion of World No Tobacco Day.
