Marvin Rees last week gave possibly the most concrete indication yet that the Voi e-scooters are here to stay.
The Bristol mayor said he expected them to become a "permanent feature" of the city, adding: “It’s absolutely fantastic. You can see the convenience. It is possible for them to cut out car journeys and road journeys."
