Willard Elementary School principal honored in state's Those

Dustin Covarrubias, principal of Willard Elementary School in South Elgin, has received a Meritorious Service Award in the Illinois State Board of Education's Those Who Excel program. He will be honored Monday by the U-46 board of education with an Accent on Achievement.
