More than a week after three people were shot and killed and four others injured, police have yet to make any arrests in the Kidder Street shooting investigation. A party at the home, located at 710 Kidder St., erupted in gunfire in the early morning hours of April 3, resulting in three deaths and four injuries: Zieyah Wade, 22, Shamir Jones, 21, and Destiny Roland, 16, died. Zykeria Crawford, 19, Zymiryon Atkins, 18, Valery Orelus, 18, and Keyshawn James, 21, all sustained injuries during the shooting. According to a 911 call transcript, this is not the first time police have responded to this Kidder Street address. On July 13, 2019, Wilmington police were dispatched to 710 Kidder St. for loud sounds. According to the transcript notes, police said it "Could be a loud party, or 10-40 (fight in progress) or domestic," when they arrived on scene. It ended up being a party that was broken up, the police notes continued.
