1/1 A FAMILY has been left "devastated" by the death of a man who jumped from a railway bridge. On Wednesday, an inquest into the death of 38-year-old, Jocelyn Stewart, heard how he had jumped from a bridge over a railway on Upper High Street, Winchester. Jocelyn, who lived at nearby, Balgarum Place, Staple Gardens, had a history of mental health problems and had suffered with paranoid schizophrenia most of his life, having been diagnosed at the age of 21. The incident took place on the morning of May 28 and Jocelyn had spoken to his parents beforehand indicating that he wanted to kill himself and that he was going to jump.
