Reply (Shutterstock) WINDSOR, CT — The Windsor Board of Education has appointed Dr. Terrell Hill as their next superintendent of schools, according to a statement. The board appointed Hill Tuesday following a comprehensive four-month search. Hill, who is currently the interim superintendent of schools in the district, has been a part of the school community since his return to Windsor in July 2014. In addition to his role as assistant superintendent over the past seven years, Hill had served as an assistant principal at Windsor High School from 2002 to 2009. Along with the leadership work Hill has done in Windsor, he was also the founder of the nationally recognized High School, Inc. program in Hartford from 2009 to 2014.
