wipro: Wipro Pari makes strategic investment to acquire sign

Wipro Pari, the industrial automation business of Wipro Enterprises, has agreed to acquire a majority share capital of Ferretto Automation and Services, a subsidiary of Ferretto Group in Italy. This acquisition will allow Wipro to expand its offerings beyond in-factory automation solutions and into industrial, CPG, retail, and e-commerce warehousing, storage, and automation solutions.
