(Press Staff Photo by Geoffrey Plant) Foreman Chris Calloway, Alex Jaurequi, Jayden Wietholter and Ramon Rodriguez of Adobe Techniques Masonry put the finishing touches last week on a project that saw stairs with new railings installed, as well as repairs to a retaining wall outside the Harlan Hall science building on the campus of Western New Mexico University. Crews are working on two construction projects on the Western New Mexico University campus, one of which will be finished in time for the first in-person live performance to take place at WNMU in more than a year. Outside the Brancheau PE Complex, the sculpture of a young horse representing the Mustangs, WNMU’s athletic mascot, was removed for much of the last year, as workers built a fountain, as well as stairs and a wheelchair-accessible ramp to connect the upper and lower brick patio areas.
