Share An educationist and Managing Director of Oxbridge Tutorial College, Lagos State, Dr (Mrs) Femi Ogunsanya, has highlighted how private educators can cope with the vagaries of the current COVID-19 pandemic ravaging the world. Dr Ogunsanya gave the highlights while presenting a report entitled: “Private Educators: Coping with the Pandemic,” at the Obafemi Awolowo webinar on “The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Children’s Education,” held on Sunday, January 17. According to her, approximately 1.5 million children globally are out of school due to the COVID-19 pandemic, wondering if the private schools in the country are ready to cope with the situation on ground as some private schools have had to shut down over the development.
