Woman, 19, missing from Near North Side By STMW NEWS CHICAGO - A 19-year-old woman has been reported missing from the Near North Side. Kayla Chrisman was last seen Saturday in the 100 block of East Ontario Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.
