A Colorado woman, who was found guilty of repeatedly raping a child with her boyfriend, has walked free from court after the judge ruled that the crime didn't warrant any jail time.
29-year-old Chelsea Vigorita, of Longmont, Colorado, was sentenced to eight years of probation — no prison time — for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl multiple times.
Vigorita and boyfriend Robert Rexroad were arrested last year on charges of sexual assault on a child, enticement of a child, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
