Woodland Park school district draws ire of city council : vi

A budget presentation by the Woodland Park School District Superintendent Ken Witt made to the Woodland Park City Council on Thursday turned contentious at best and hostile at worst.
The sales tax revenue represents 11% of the district's $3.23 million budget.
