Work on Denbigh Town FC's Central Park ground is taking shape and could be ready for use soon

THE surface at Denbigh Town Football Club's home ground is 'taking shape' after undergoing an extensive makeover during the last few weeks.
Central Park may not have seen any footballing action over the last year and a bit, but that has not stopped the club from working behind the scenes there.
Denbigh Town will play in the newly-formed Ardal North West League (tier three) when football returns.
The club is currently carrying out work on its home ground to replace the current drainage and install a sprinkler system serviced by the club's very own bore hole.
Club officials hope they can play home matches there as soon as August.
