THE RNLI have urged the public not to go out to sea alone after it responded to reports of concern for a kite surfer. Workington's Dorothy May White was called out by Belfast Coastguard this morning after reports the surfer was in difficulty off the West Cumbrian Coast. Members of the public had reported concerns to the public after spotting them alone in the water. The all weather lifeboat was launched at around 11.30am.
