The driver collided with a Kenworth dump truck. As of 8 a.m., at least two lanes of 101 northbound were blocked and the left two lanes were open as an investigation continued. Traffic was backed up to San Mateo and Highway 92. KCBS said delays for drivers traveling through this area were up to a half hour.
