A man 23yearold was shot in the neck and chest taken to penn Presbyterian Hospital where he died. A 24yearold man was hit in the hip. He was taken to the same hospital. Hes now in stable. And a 21yearold man is recovering after being shot two times in the leg. Someone was able to drive him to the hospital. So far, no suspects, no arrests. Neighbors say the men ran behind the building and then disappeared. The gunman, another neighbor said she heard yelling right before what sounded like a machine gun, detectives spending four hours on the scene.
