CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Bangs and drills of the construction site across the street from the Wyoming Rescue Mission’s Park Street campus can be heard from down the block. This new facility will be a place for men and women to live while they are going through the Discipleship Recovery Program.
Brad Hopkins, the executive director, said having this separate place to live will help them along with their recovery journey. “We are serving 2,000 people over the course of the year. 30 percent of those are homeless due to a life-controlling chemical addiction,” Hopkins said.
