A historic brewery in a trendy Melbourne suburb has a swimming pool sunk into the floor of the living room with a retractable glass ceiling overhead.
Stacked over five storeys, the 19th century house in Richmond, three kilometres east of the CBD, is regarded as one of the city's most iconic warehouse conversions.
The one-of-a-kind home, which boasts a 'vertical garden' designed by award-winning Collingwood landscaper Phil Withers, has three enormous bedrooms each sprawled over an entire level, four bathrooms with luxurious freestanding bathtubs and a chef's kitchen complete with a butler's pantry and $3,000 Vintec wine fridges.
