As well as Eaton Grange House, the site includes a smaller building known as the Coach House. Under plans lodged for the site, Eaton Grange House, a locally-listed building, would be partly demolished and converted into seven apartments. The Coach House would be converted and extended into a single house. And new apartment and townhouse buildings would be constructed, giving a total of 25 new homes. COURT: More court news from Worcestershire A DATE has been set for the sentencing of a woman who admitted driving dangerously in Worcester, failing to provide a specimen and obstructing an officer. Theresa Butler appeared before magistrates in Worcester on December 10 where she indicated a guilty plea to driving dangerously between Castle Street and North Cabal on February 24 this year. The 28 year-old, of Hartpury, near Gloucester, was also charged with failing to provide a specimen when required to by police. In addition, she was accused of obstructing PC Beards in Worcester on the same day. She indicated a guilty plea to the first charge, and pleaded guilty to the specimen and obstruction charges, and magistrates decided to sentence Butler on January 8 next year as well as disqualifying her from driving in the interim. ....
