THAYER, Mo. (KFVS) - The Thayer Police Department was searching for Nicole Hardcastle, who they believed to have been in danger.
On Friday morning, the Thayer Police Department canceled the alert, saying she had been found safe.
On Thursday the department said officers were looking for the 26-year-old woman.
After she left her home, police learned a car drove up to the house without its headlights on, then left shortly after. ....

Scientists at the New England Aquarium spotted a North Atlantic right whale mother and her calf in waters south of Marthaâs Vineyard Sunday, the first time this season right whales have been spotted in the area, officials said.
The mother and calf were part of a small group of right whales seen 20 miles south of the Vineyard, a statement from the aquarium said Wednesday.
