Albany County Legislator Asked To Resign After Homophobic Comment

Another State Legislator is being asked to resign, this time for homophobic comments.
According to New10, Albany County Legislator George E Langdon IV made some inappropriate, homophobic comments about members of the LGBTQ community.
Representative Langdon allegedly made comments over the weekend that landed him in some hot water. A recording has surfaced of representative Langdon speaking at an event called “A Return to Liberty Under the Constitution“.

He was attempting to make a point that most things in nature can sustain themselves and go on infinitely because it is the nature of things. He said heterosexual relationships could go on and on because they are perpetual. ....

3 staffers at facility for at-risk boys face assault charges

ALBANY, Ky. (AP) Three employees at a Kentucky facility for at-risk teen boys have been charged with assaulting residents, state police said.
The investigation began after police were notified March 29 that a boy had been brought to Clinton County Hospital with injuries sustained at Foothills Academy in Albany, media outlets reported.
The three Foothills employees were arrested on March 31, state police said.
One employee is charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault, while another is charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault and one count of second-degree assault. A third employee is charged with one count of fourth-degree assault, police said. ....
