JACKSON, MI. February 8, 2021 – TRUE Community Credit Union has donated $33,000 to schools in Jackson, Ingham and Washtenaw counties. TRUE Community Credit Union gave $1,000 to 33 local school partners that provide a TRUE Community Student-Run Credit Union program, the Jackson $aves program or both to their students. The donations are to help meet any student, staff or teacher needs. TRUE Community team members personally delivered the money to the schools today.

QUINCY, MI (WTVB) â The Quincy Community Schools Board of Education is scheduled during their Zoom meeting on Monday night to formally accept the resignation of Rhonda Potts as the districtâs Business Manager.
In turn, the board will be asked to approved the hiring of Benjamin Gary to take over as Business Manager on January 4.
Potts said in her letter to the district last month that her resignation would be effective on December 31.
She is leaving the district after accepting a position with Battle Creek Public Schools as that district’s executive director for business and finance.
