New images are out of planned interiors for two $5.75 million sub-penthouses in the ex-Auckland Council headquarters.
The building is on Aotea Square and is now being transformed from offices into apartments.
Developer John Love,
managing director of Love & Co, said the renders showed planned interiors of two sub-penthouses in his project, The CAB.

Mr Jonathan Mwesigwa’s missive titled ‘Buganda should uphold its people’s wishes’ published by Saturday Monitor on February 27 showed a definite lack of understanding of the workings of Mengo. 
Mwesigwa’s only point was to put the good name of Katikkiro (prime minister) Charles Peter Mayiga and the institution of the Kabaka into disrepute by making unsubstantiated allegations.
Mwesigwa talked about corruption at Mengo in abstract terms failing as expected to point out a single illicit transaction. Corruption occurs through procurement, disposal of assets, recruitment of staff, and tendering or award of contracts among others.  ....

TAMPA, Fla. — A prime piece of downtown real estate may soon hit the market, forcing Tampa police officers to relocate.
The distinct blue building, located at 411 N. Franklin St., has been home to the Tampa Police Department for more than two decades.
City of Tampa officials say the building is past its prime and in need of $35 million in repairs.
“That building is in need of such repairs that the millions of dollars that it would cost to repair it, it’s not economically feasible,” said Sal Ruggiero, Deputy Administrator of Infrastructure Services. “It’s better to go to a new structure.” ....
