In partnership with Cayuga Health, the Tompkins County Health Department says it’s been planning for distribution and administration of the vaccine. Cayuga Health started immunizing individuals on December 21st. The vaccine is becoming available in phases determined by New York State. High risk priority population groups include hospital workers, nursing home residents and staff, ems workers, coroners along with residents and staff at other state led facilities including the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities. ....
