Duterte signed Republic Act (RA) 11872 establishing a hospital in Panabo City, Davao del Norte, which will be known as the Panabo City District Hospital and under the direct control and supervision of the provincial government of Davao del Norte. BACOLOD CITY - A bill for the establishment of the Bacolod-Negros Heart and Kidney Center proposed by Lone District Rep. Greg Gasataya is up for second reading in the House of Representatives. In an interview on Thursday, Gasataya said that during a consultation meeting held on Wednesday, the committee on health informed him that House Bill (HB) 2686 will be scheduled for the second reading when the session resumes.
