2023 Andrei Stenin photo contest to accept entries until Feb. 28
(File photo) MANILA - Professional photographers have until Feb. 28, 2023 to submit their entries for the 2023 edition of the Moscow-based 9th Andrei Stenin International Press Photo Contest. By tradition, the annual photo contest kicked off on Andrei Stenin's birthday on Dec. 22. Stenin is a special photojournalist at Rossiya Segodnya who died in the summer of 2014 near Donetsk while on assignment.
