According to the Business and Licensing Office (BPLO), some 13,014 applications were processed manually, while 2,301 were registered online. Of the number, 4,202 business permits have already been issued. "We can release the business permits, once they are finished with all the clearances," Permits and Licensing head Stela Rose Rayos said. Based on the City Council's Resolution 21, series of 2023, business permit applications can be processed at the BOSS located in the 4th floor of Ayala Malls Capitol Central until Feb. 15.
