The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), in an advisory Tuesday, said the bettor guessed the winning combination, 17-23-31-10-21-14, and will take the prize money of PHP37,251,519.80. The winning ticket was bought in Angeles City, Pampanga. Winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim the prize, as specified in Republic Act 1169, the law on PCSO lotteries. All jackpot prizes must be claimed at the PCSO main office in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. Winners must write their names and signature on the back of the winning tickets and present two government-issued identification cards or documents. "If we add all reactivation, inclusion, and reinstatement applications, as well as the Register Anywhere Project (RAP) new applicants and reactivations, the total number of additional voters is at 1,631,433, subject of course to the approval of the respective Election Registration Boards," Comelec spokesperson John Rex Laudiangco said in a message to reporters Thursday. Laudiangco said this surpasses the poll body's target of at least 1.5 million additional voters for the Dec. 12, 2022 to Jan. 31, 2023 registration period. According to the Business and Licensing Office (BPLO), some 13,014 applications were processed manually, while 2,301 were registered online. Of the number, 4,202 business permits have already been issued. "We can release the business permits, once they are finished with all the clearances," Permits and Licensing head Stela Rose Rayos said.
