City Hall of Zamboanga(PNA file photo) ZAMBOANGA CITY - The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) has downgraded this city's quarantine status to an Alert Level 2, which will be in effect from December 1 to 15. Mayor Maria Isabelle Climaco-Salazar said in a statement Wednesday the new quarantine status was pursuant to the national IATF-EID Resolution 151-C approved on November 29.
