Greenwood man pleads guilty in Johnson County's first jury trial since pandemic
Courtesy of Johnson Co. Prosecutor's Office FRANKLIN, Ind. – The first jury trial in Johnson County, following the expiration of the Indiana Supreme Court’s COVID-19 moratorium, commenced on Monday. A jury was selected to hear a case against 31-year-old Dalbag Singh, of Greenwood, for drunk driving charges which allegedly occurred on January 14, 2020. After further evidence was presented at the trial, Singh changed his plea to guilty and admitted to the charges against him. The jury was then excused.
