(Wilmington, Oh.) – After a rainy weekend, the National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning. The Flood Warning is in effect from Tuesday afternoon until further notice for the Ohio River at Cincinnati. Phillip F. Alden, 23, of Florence, was taken into custody on Friday and formally charged as the primary suspect in an assault case that resulted in the death of David W. Gregory, 43.
