Finegan: Not the first time Schlabach may have broken Sunshine Law
County Commissioner Diana Finegan said she’s received emails asking her if she is going to file an ethics complaint against Chairwoman Ruthie Schlabach, who may have violated Florida’s Government-in-the-Sunshine Law.
