Union PSD will not sell to West Virginia American Water | Kanawha Valley
On March 14, 2024, the Union Public Service District's board voted unanimously to reject a purchase offer by West Virginia American Water. The process took almost a year and involved input from the Kanawha County Commission and due diligence by the board. Union PSD provides wastewater service to Cross Lanes and part of Nitro.
